Tanya Hobart, SPHR, serves as the Science Operations Manager at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, a role held since April 2003, where responsibilities include managing the Science Operations Office at UC San Diego and overseeing additional remote site operations across various prestigious institutions, encompassing 29 laboratories.
