Charles Hale (Chuck)

Charles (Chuck) Hale is a seasoned Senior Traffic Designer at Howard Stein Hudson since December 2019. Prior to this role, Chuck spent 36 years at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation - Highway Division, where the individual held the position of Manager of the Electrical Systems/Contract Management Unit. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, obtained between 1985 and 1989, and two associate degrees: an Associate in Engineering Technology, Survey and Highway Engineering Technology from Northeastern University (1978-1981) and an Associate in Applied Science, Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology (1972-1974).
