David Davis

David Davis, M.S. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David most recently worked as the Director of Football Operations at Howard University, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of Florida from June 2017 to July 2018, where they effectively communicated with a diverse population and coordinated meetings to discuss goals. From August 2015 to June 2017, David served as an Assistant Administrator at Richland School District 2, where they established performance goals, met with stakeholders, and administered record keeping. David also served as an Assistant Football Coach and a Long Term Substitute Teacher during the same time period. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Davis Painting & Wallcovering from January 2014 to January 2015, where they supervised employees and ensured project execution according to agreed standards. Additionally, David worked as a Ticket Assistant at South Carolina State University from August 2013 to December 2013, where they processed sales and orders for sporting events and collaborated with game management staff.

David Davis, M.S. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science - Pre-law from South Carolina State University in 2013. In 2018, they obtained a Master's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida. David is also currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Howard University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
