John Paul Hooth

John Paul Hooth has extensive experience in payroll management. John Paul currently holds the position of Senior Director of Payroll at Howard University since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Georgetown University as a Payroll Partner from December 2005 to August 2021, where they oversaw payroll processing for a large number of employees and ensured accuracy and compliance with regulations. Before that, they were a Senior Payroll Representative at U.S. Airways from August 2004 to December 2005, where they managed day-to-day payroll operations and addressed employee inquiries. John Paul also has experience as a Sales Associate at nordstromrack from December 2002 to August 2004, where they assisted customers with purchases and participated in merchandise organization. Additionally, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at PROGRESSIVE NURSING STAFFERS OF VIRGINIA, INC from October 2000 to August 2002, where they entered payroll data for a large number of nurses and gained expertise in a customized payroll system.

John Paul Hooth obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to be completed in 2023.
