Joe Meesala has extensive work experience in Agile, Digital, and Cloud Transformations. Joe has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Howden Group Holdings, where they currently serve as the Head of Engineering and Architecture.

Before joining Howden Group Holdings, Joe worked at Joshee Consulting as the CTO, Director of Technology & Innovation, Non-Executive Director, and Board Member. In this role, they worked closely with C-Suite executives to define organizational strategies, setup innovation management systems, and implement strategic initiatives. Joe also provided consulting services on Agile, Cloud, DevOps, and Digital Transformations to clients.

Joe's previous experience includes working at Nationwide Building Society as an Engineering Manager and Automation Tech lead. Joe built and managed high-performing teams focused on building and supporting banking, telecom, and retail cloud platforms. Joe has expertise in multi-Cloud technologies, DevSecOps, Big Data, enterprise middleware, and digital technologies.

Additionally, Joe served as the Executive Chairman (Voluntary) at TGV Community Interest Committee, where they led a committee responsible for a community of over 2000 houses. Joe has also worked at Wipro as the Head of Engineering, Delivery, and Technology, focusing on Agile, Digital, Cloud, and DevOps Transformation. Joe has experience in Principal Consulting and Agile transformation coaching.

Joe has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Release & Environment Manager, RWE npower as an Enterprise Environment Manager, and Kinetic as the Head of QA - Testing Function. Furthermore, they have experience working for Zurich Financial Services and Capita Life & Pensions as a System Analyst and Software Engineer.

Joe's career started at CDAC, where they worked as an IBM Mainframe Application Programming Trainee.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad, India. Joe also holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from S V Government Polytechnic College in Tirupati, India.
