Jamie Giddins

Jamie Giddins is a corporate finance professional currently with Howden Group Holdings since May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Deal Advisory Manager at PwC from September 2017 to April 2022, where Jamie specialized in financial due diligence across various industrial sectors and was involved in significant vendor and buy-side transactions, as well as business recovery work. Earlier roles include working as an Audit Associate at PwC, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the Banking & Capital Markets Team, and internships at KPMG in the Restructuring Team and PwC Australia’s Private Client Transaction Services team. Educational qualifications include being ACA qualified from ICAEW and earning degrees in Management from Cambridge Judge Business School and Geography from the University of Cambridge, complemented by foundational education at Eton College.
