Jarrod Amer

Jarrod Amer has a diverse work experience in finance and design roles. Jarrod is currently working as the Head of MI Finance and Design at Howden Group Holdings since October 2020. Prior to that, Jarrod worked as a Contractor for Travelex from October 2012 to March 2020, where they designed, built, and implemented a global budgeting and forecasting tool in Anaplan. Jarrod also managed and built daily and monthly reporting systems in Anaplan for users worldwide. Before Travelex, Jarrod worked in various contractor roles for companies like Tesco PLC, Westfield, Amazon, Noel Leeming Group, Farmers Trading Company, and Woolworths, gaining experience in finance operations, commercial finance, and decision support management.

Jarrod Amer attended The University of Auckland from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In December 2017, Jarrod received a Chartered Accountant certification from CPA (Certified Practising Accountants) Australia. In February 2018, they obtained a CPA certification from CPA Australia. Furthermore, they acquired an Anaplan Advanced Model Design certification from Anaplan in July 2017.
