Kirk Southern McIpd

Kirk Southern MCIPD has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Kirk currently serves as the Group Head of Reward at Howden Group Holdings. Prior to this, they worked at Arrow Global Group Plc, where they held the positions of HR Director, Fund and Commercial Asset Management and Risk, as well as Group Head of Performance and Reward. At GAIN Capital, they were the Head of HR, EMEA. Kirk also worked at Barclays as a Lead HRBP, IB Technology, EMEA, and at Citadel LLC as the HR Manager, Europe & Asia. Kirk started their career at RBC Capital Markets, where they held multiple roles, including Associate Director, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Kirk also worked as an Assistant Manager, HR Services at RBC Capital Markets and held positions at Marshall Motor Group and The One Group.

Kirk Southern MCIPD pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Philosophy from the University of Durham between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended South Derbyshire Sixth Form from 1998 to 2000, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Additionally, Kirk Southern obtained the MCIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in July 2019.
