Rosie Brown

Rosie Brown is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as HR Director for Group Functions & Enterprise Divisions at Howden Group Holdings since June 2018, Rosie has also held positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner within the same company. Prior to this, Rosie was an HR Advisor at Hamilton Insurance Group and an HR Administrator at XL Catlin. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Human Resources Officer at Hertfordshire County Council and a Junior HR Business Partner. Rosie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loughborough University.
