Shakti Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Senior PMO for Strategy & Transformation at Howden Group Holdings since June 2023, Shakti has previously held senior PMO roles at Credit Suisse and Legal & General, focusing on legal entities simplification and IBOR remediation, respectively. With a background in management consulting at Accenture Consulting and Cognizant Business Consulting, Shakti has led significant projects such as HSBC's ringfencing and Brexit initiatives, and RBS's commercial bank restructuring. Shakti's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from HEC School of Management in Paris and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surat, India.
