Anushka Sawant

Anushka Sawant is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Application Support Technician at Howden Insurance Local UK since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anushka worked as an IT Support Analyst at the University of Warwick, providing empathetic IT support to students and staff while managing VPN access and troubleshooting software issues. Anushka has been actively involved in the cybersecurity community, having participated in Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) as both a scholarship recipient and a mentee in the mentorship program. Additionally, Anushka has conducted vulnerability assessments as a Cyber Security Research Assistant and has a strong educational background, holding a Master’s degree in Cyber Security Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
