Jason Konschnik, MBA (he/him) has a diverse work experience in marketing, product management, and consulting. Jason currently holds the position of Director, Marketing Strategy & Creative Engagement at Legal & General America since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential Financial as the Director of Product Marketing from October 2016 to March 2020, and as the Director of Digital Sales Tools & Direct Marketing from February 2007 to October 2016. Before joining Prudential Financial, Jason served as a Product Manager at Intuit from October 2003 to January 2007. Jason started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Human Capital Consultant from January 1999 to October 2003, and earlier, they worked as a Retirement Plan Consultant at Principal Financial Group from January 1997 to January 1999.
Jason Konschnik, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Financial Administration from Marywood University. Jason has also obtained additional certifications, including Selling through Customer Centricity from The Wharton School, Series 26 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Series 6 from FINRA, and Certified Benefits Professional from WorldatWork.
