Zack Rykhus Pe

Zack Rykhus, PE, is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in HVAC system design, energy conservation, and project management. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at Howe, Inc. since January 2020, Zack previously held the role of Sr. Mechanical Engineer at SDSU Facilities & Services from September 2012 to December 2019, focusing on sustainable design initiatives and energy consumption analysis. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Energy Conservation Engineer and Research Assistant at SDSU, along with design engineering at Daktronics and hands-on work as a Roofer/Office Assistant at Brookings Roofing. Zack holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
