Michael Sutadji

Michael Sutadji is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Forging Design Engineering Manager at Howmet Aerospace since December 2016, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership in the Forging and Tooling Design Department by managing project planning, leading team meetings, and overseeing design improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Prior roles include Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer, where Michael utilized Deform Simulation Software and SolidWorks to tackle complex forging challenges. Earlier experience as a Design Engineer Intern at Pentair involved collaboration on projects related to pressure vessels, while a managerial position at Subway provided foundational leadership skills.
