Tom Leigh

Tom Leigh is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Howmet Aerospace since August 2021, Tom has held various leadership roles such as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Tom was employed at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES, where roles included Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer from September 2018 to July 2021. Earlier experiences include participating in the Management Development Programme at Precision Castparts and various engineering and administrative positions at Wyman Gordon Ltd and Renishaw. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, a Master of Science in Global Product Development from Cranfield University, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Cranfield School of Management.
