Andrew Ness

Andrew Ness is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Construction practice group at Howrey LLP, a position held since December 2008. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Office Managing Partner at Thelen LLP from 2001 to 2008. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School between 1974 and 1977 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, obtained from 1970 to 1974.
