Donald Ng is a technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in web optimization and analytics. Currently serving as the Founder of Mida.so, an innovative A/B testing platform utilizing advanced AI algorithms to enhance business conversion processes, and Howuku, a comprehensive web analytics platform designed for SMEs to visualize user behavior and improve conversion rates. Prior to these ventures, Donald worked as a Web Developer at Micro Ocean Technologies Sdn Bhd and as a Programmer at Silverlake. Donald holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
