Customer Success Lead, Strategic Accounts at Hoxhunt

Sebastian Paul has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 as a B2B Sales for Magnus Paul Ky. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Information Desk Officer at Forum Shopping Mall, a Marketing Representative for Naava, and a Growth Marketing Trainee for Naava. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager for giosg, managing 50 key B2B customers across the Nordics. Sebastian was responsible for consulting customers on how to effectively utilize Giosg's tools and communicating the created customer value and KPI's to both operative and C-level personnel. Sebastian also successfully onboarded more than 80 customer organisations. Currently, Sebastian is a Customer Success Manager for Hoxhunt, managing over 30 key accounts across Europe with a combined ARR over 1 million euros. Sebastian is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for their customers so that they can succeed with their cyber awareness strategy. During their first 8 months, they managed to keep customer retention at 100% in their portfolio, while closing over 30 000 in upsell and cross sell.

Sebastian Paul completed their Matriculation Exam at Gymnasiet Lärkan in 2011. In 2013, they began their Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) at Hanken School of Economics, with a major in Marketing. In 2016, they participated in an exchange semester at TBS Education, in the MBA program. Sebastian completed their Master of Science in 2019.
