Emad Siddiqui

Emad Siddiqui is an experienced executive in the fields of business development, corporate venture capital, and M&A consulting, currently serving as Head of Business Development & Corporate Venture Capital at Hoya since August 2019 and holding the position of CEO at Hoya Holdings. Siddiqui has a solid background in corporate finance and strategy, including a tenure as Director of Deal Advisory & Strategy at KPMG from March 2015 to August 2019. Additionally, Siddiqui founded Hollerdoc and has held various managerial roles in transaction services and audit at firms such as EY, Deloitte, and Grant Thornton LLP, focusing on due diligence, business combinations, and external audits across diverse industries. Education was completed at the University of Oklahoma.
