Tangela Williams-Spann

Tangela Williams-Spann currently serves as a Foster Care Case Manager at Hoyleton Youth & Family Services since November 2023. Previously, Tangela worked at the Special School District of St. Louis County from October 2013 to June 2023, holding positions as a Special Education Teacher and Teaching Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Cahokia School District 187 from August 2006 to May 2013. Tangela holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University (2019-2021), a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arkansas State University (2016-2018), and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Southwestern Illinois College. Additionally, Tangela earned a Certificate in Military Signal/Geospatial Intelligence from Maryville University of Saint Louis (October 2021 - December 2021) and completed relevant coursework through Coursera from February 2023 to June 2023.
