Cody Adams

Cody Adams has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to DevOps and cloud architecture. Cody is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Hoylu, where they lead a lean DevOps team and is responsible for cloud architecture and cost management. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Architect at Coretek Services, where they developed and defined DevOps service offerings and trained the sales team. Cody also served as a DevOps Platform Manager at Delta Dental of Michigan. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Cloud and DevOps Consultant at Ford Motor Company, where they had the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to existing IT operations and pioneering new initiatives. Cody's work experience also includes roles as a Data Center Administrator at Plex Systems, Inc., where they supported enterprise and SaaS ERP products, and as a Systems Administrator at Brose North America, where they led the transformation of the IT department and delivered significant accomplishments and projects, including automating departmental reporting, implementing a cross-functional user community, and leading IT headcount reduction through automation. Cody possesses skills in Microsoft Enterprise Suite, data center management, telecommunications, networking, and scripting.

Cody Adams attended the University of Michigan-Flint from 2003 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Systems/Network Design. In addition to their degree, Cody has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they received the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In March 2017, they earned both the Professional Scrum Master I certification and the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in February 2017, Cody obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
