Andrew Hoyos

Andrew Hoyos is an experienced leader in the internet service and network consulting sectors, currently serving as the Owner and Principal Consultant at Hoyos Consulting since 1998, where the company specializes in internet services and managed solutions across several major U.S. cities. In addition, Andrew is the Owner of Four Lakes Broadband, targeting underserved rural areas in Wisconsin, and serves as Managing Partner at Capitol Fiber Holdings, which focuses on expanding fiber access in the region. Andrew holds a pivotal role as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Clean Wisconsin and co-founded The Milwaukee Internet Exchange. Andrew also contributes to the Interop Trade Show as Team Lead for InteropNet, overseeing the establishment of large-scale temporary networks. Previous roles include CTO at Mad City Broadband and various senior network engineering positions, showcasing a robust background in network architecture and management. Andrew is an alumnus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
