Ruben Cordoba

Ruben Cordoba has been working in the professional world since 2010. Ruben began their career as an Ingeniero Civil at Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantaillado de Bogotá ESP in 2010. In 2012, they moved to REMS Constructora SAS, where they served as CEO and was responsible for project planning, business plan creation and sales plan development. In 2019, they co-founded HoyTrabajas Inc., where they serve as Co-Founder and CEO. At HoyTrabajas Inc., they are building a C. Vs information exchange system for candidates, employers, recruiters and psychologists that allows job seekers to connect with low-skilled jobs.

Ruben Cordoba has an educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad de Los Andes, which they completed in 2016. Ruben also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Ingeniería Civil from the same university, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, they hold an Ingeniero Civil and an Ingeniero Ambiental degree from Universidad de Los Andes, which they completed in 2009 and 2010 respectively. Ruben is also an Alumni of Y Combinator 2022 (HoyTrabajas Inc.).
