Jeffrey Stephens

Jeffrey Stephens is the current Strategy & Policy Manager, Sustainability at HP. Jeffrey has also worked as an intern for HP and M Street Entertainment Group. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Confirmations in the Office of Legislative Affairs at The White House. Prior to that, they were the Principal Deputy Director in the Office of Presidential Correspondence from 2009 to 2011. Before joining The White House, Stephens worked as the Deputy Correspondence Director in the Office of Senator Barack Obama from 2006 to 2009.

Jeffrey Stephens has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Political Science and Government. Jeffrey also has a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in Human and Organizational Performance, Operations, and Strategy. In addition, they have two certificates; one from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in Oxford Scenarios Planning Programme and another from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in Geopolitical Analysis. Finally, they have two certifications; one from HP in Explorer Badge and another from IDEO U in Design Thinking Coursework.

Their manager is Kristen Ludgate, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Nicolina Marzicola - Global Head of HR, Commercial Organization & Global Head of HR Operations, Nan Weitzman - Global Head of Talent, and Géraldine Roche - Chief Happiness Officer, Customer Support - EMEA.
