David Houghtaling

David Houghtaling has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a particular focus on trade support and loan operations. David started their career at Mizuho Bank in 2000, where they worked in loan administration for bilateral, agent, and syndication deals. David then moved to Lloyds Bank in 2003 as a loan administrator, providing support for lending activities. In 2004, David joined BNP Paribas, where they held various positions in banking operations over a ten-year period. David then worked at Bank of America in 2016 as an operations specialist, utilizing the ACBS loan support system. Later that year, they joined Capital One as a primary syndication and par loan trade closer, coordinating settlement and processing loan trades. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a director in trade support for loan trading. Currently, David holds the position of Vice President CLO Ops- Trade Support at HPS Investment Partners, LLC, where they are responsible for trade support and CLO operation functions.

David Houghtaling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000.
