Anurag Agarwalla is an accomplished founder and advisor with extensive experience in engineering leadership and customer success across multiple industries. Currently, Anurag serves as the Founder of hpy, focusing on transforming emotive conversations into actionable insights, and as an Advisor for Sach Foods. Previously, Anurag held various leadership roles at Uber from 2016 to November 2023, including Head of Equity Engineering and Engineering Manager within the Innovation segment, where Anurag developed foundational products and services enhancing user experiences across Uber's platform. Anurag’s career also includes significant positions with Highfive, Autopilot HQ, Yammer, Learning Revolution, and Booz Allen Hamilton, showcasing expertise in customer success, business development, and strategic consulting. Anurag holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from UC Irvine.
