Tricia Hammond is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the customer contact industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Managing Partner at HQC LLC since December 2011, Tricia oversees premier Doc Chasing and Call Monitoring Services. In addition, Tricia holds the position of COO at Superior Office Support and previously served as the Director of Quality/Compliance at VIRTUCALL INC from October 2009 to January 2014, as well as Senior Manager at Allied International Credit from April 1996 to September 2009. Tricia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams of varying sizes and successfully creating high-performing teams that secured government contract renewals and increased market share. An accomplished professional, Tricia also played a key role in implementing quality management processes adopted across North America, Canada, and the UK.
