Alex Cook

Alex Cook currently serves as the Vice President of Small Business Tax and Services at H&R Block, a position held since February 2023, focusing on market share growth and client satisfaction. Previously, at Microsoft from 2010 to 2022, Alex held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of Global Direct Digital Commerce, overseeing a large eCommerce team and the operational functions of digital stores in 180 countries. Prior to Microsoft, Alex spent 17 years at Walmart in various leadership positions, including Divisional Merchandising Manager for Consumer Electronics and Home Office/IT Products, as well as roles in finance and operations. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.
