Randy Kraemer

Randy Kraemer is an experienced product manager with a diverse background in technology and user experience. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at H&R Block since August 2023, Randy's prior role as Senior Product Manager at Wondrium involved overseeing user experiences for web and app interfaces in the lifelong learning sector. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Tax Specialist at H&R Block, where financial planning and tax return preparation were key responsibilities, and extensive roles at the Corporate Executive Board, including leadership positions in client services and product management within a SaaS context. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William & Mary.
