Adam Lemel

Adam Lemel, PHR has over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Adam started their career at Healthcare Financial Resources Inc. in 2001 as a Human Resources Manager, where they designed and managed the HR department for a multi-state organization. Adam then moved to Discovery Communications Inc. in 2006 as an HR Consultant II, advising 300 geographically diverse clients on all aspects of HR management. After that, they joined Kendle International in 2009 as a Human Resources Manager, where they successfully implemented HR initiatives and collaborated with senior leaders on various projects. In 2011, Adam joined Wilson Sporting Goods as a Senior HR Business Partner before transitioning to HR Green, Inc. in 2012 as an HR Business Partner II. At HR Green, they worked closely with business line leadership, designed e-learning curriculum, and implemented effective talent management practices. Overall, Adam has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.

Adam Lemel, PHR completed their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1999.
