Andy Mrowicki

Andy Mrowicki, PE is the President of HR Green’s Construction Business Line, serves as the Interim President of the Transportation Business Line, and provides experienced leadership in construction and transportation engineering.

He oversees construction management personnel across all company geographies manages projects in many construction disciplines for a broad range of clientele including state DOT’s, county DOT’s, toll authorities, municipalities, private utility companies, land development corporations, and townships.

Over his career, he has provided oversight on many regionally significant projects which include major river crossings, complex urban reconstruction, new roadways, municipal infrastructure, and large private developments. He brings contract administration expertise to all practices within the company with projects often involving coordination between state governments, local agencies, utility companies, contractors, and industry representatives.

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois. He joined the firm in 2006 following a distinguished career at the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) where he spent his entire career in the Bureau of Construction.
