Dave Raby

Dave Raby has extensive work experience in the water and municipal sectors. Dave worked at HR Green, Inc. from 2000 until the present day, holding various roles including President, Water and Business Unit Leader. Dave also served as the Municipal Sector Manager and Municipal Site Sector Manager at the St. Paul office. Prior to this, they worked at CH2M HILL for 26 years, starting as an Area Manager and eventually becoming an integral part of the company until 2000.

Dave Raby attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1968 to 1974. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sanitary Engineering.
