Anil Das

Anil Das is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. As the Founder and Managing Director of HR INDIA SOLUTIONS since 2009, Anil has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership in the HR domain. Prior to this, Anil held significant positions such as Country Head - HR at RPG Cellucom Retail India Ltd and Chief Manager - HR at DLF Retail. Anil's earlier experience includes roles as Dy. General Manager - HR at Pizza Hut and Manager - HR at Overnite Express, among others. Anil began the professional journey in HR with the Aditya Birla Group as a Management Trainee, eventually becoming an HR Officer. Anil holds a degree from the Xavier Institute of Social Service in Ranchi, completed between 1993 and 1995, and attended KVS from 1986 to 1988.
