Paul Sciallis Green Associate

Paul Sciallis, a LEED Green Associate, currently serves as Chief Engineer at H&R REIT since November 2019. Previously, Paul held the position of Assistant Chief Engineer at HR Reit Property Management from February 2011 to November 2019, where responsibilities included supervising mechanics, installers, repairers, and technicians in a Class 'A' LEED Gold certified 850,000 square foot office tower. Paul has pursued educational advancement through the U.S. Green Building Council since 2015 and obtained a degree in System Maintenance Technician for Facility Management from BOMA, with additional training from the Local 94 IUOE Training Center since 1996.
