Katharina Wilbrandt

Katharina Wilbrandt is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in strategic hiring and active sourcing. Currently serving as an Interim Recruiterin at Ratepay and a Recruiting Managerin at HR-Recruiting Services GmbH since January 2022, Katharina has also held interim positions at Wunderflats and Valsight. Previously, as a Recruiting Specialist at DOCWISE from August 2019 to November 2021, Katharina managed the recruitment activities for the strategic medical business area, developing and optimizing sourcing strategies and processes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Active Sourcer at pluss Personalmanagement GmbH and a student in the Active Sourcing Center, along with foundational work in health services at SECURVITA Krankenkasse.
