Deborah Nelson is the Benefits Account Director at HR Service Partners. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance and PEO industry, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. She is an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Deborah believes in teamwork and encourages an open-door policy.
Although Deborah fell into the industry, she has found great success in her career. She has worked on numerous projects over the years, but one of her proudest accomplishments was landing a large benefits client with over 1000 employees.
Honesty and integrity are core values for Deborah, and she brings those values to her work every day. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and indulging in her weakness for good food and chocolate.
