Laura Carolina Rojas Rubiano

Laura Carolina Rojas Rubiano is an accomplished marketing and innovation manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Gerente de Mercadeo e Innovación LATAM at HR Solutions SAS since September 2021, Laura is responsible for strengthening brand positioning and creating an efficient demand generation system, as well as structuring an innovation management system for the development of new products and services. Prior experience includes roles at PwC Colombia from January 2016 to September 2021, where Laura coordinated strategic marketing teams, managed commercial proposals exceeding $5 billion COP, and developed business relationships with Chinese companies. Laura has a strong academic background with master's degrees from ESIC Business & Marketing School and CESA, and a degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
