Terry Richards

Terry Richards, MBA has over 20 years of experience in various senior executive and management roles. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director at Neighborhood Wellness GA, LLC. Prior to this, Terry held the position of Chief Financial/Information/Human Resources Officer at the Community Service Board of Middle Georgia, where they were responsible for all financial planning and management aspects. Terry also served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the same organization. Before that, they were the President/CEO of HR Solutions. Terry has a strong background in HR operations and compensation and benefits management, having worked as the Director of HR Operations at Safariland and the Manager of Compensation/Benefits/HRIS/Compliance CPP at BAE Systems Products Group. From 1992 to 1994, Terry studied Business Administration and Management at GMC - Georgia Military College. In 2006, Terry pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which was completed in 2008.

Continuing with higher education, Terry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of West Georgia between 2013 and 2015, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
