Anika Richter

Anika Murasaki Richter is a Senior Analyst at HR&A Advisors since July 2023, previously serving as an Analyst at the same firm. Anika has extensive experience in urban planning and sustainability, including roles as a Blogger for the Journal of the American Planning Association and a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard University Graduate School of Design from September 2021 to June 2023. Anika's internships include positions at the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability at Harvard University and as an Urban Mobility Intern at UN-Habitat. Earlier experience includes coordinating sustainability initiatives for the Baltimore Office of Sustainability and supporting education as a Teacher Assistant at Durham Early School. Anika's academic background includes a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
