Ella Brady

Ella Brady is a Senior Analyst at HR&A Advisors, specializing in Broadband and Digital Equity since June 2022, after serving as an Analyst in the same organization. Prior experience includes a Fellowship at MassHealth and roles as a Home Health Aide for students with disabilities, as well as internships focusing on economic resilience and digital access. Ella has also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Mayoral Fellow in the City of Chicago, engaging in multiple key projects and research initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, both from Tufts University.
