Jeff Smalley

Jeff Smalley has a significant amount of experience in sales and management roles. Jeff is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at HRB Brands since April 2020. Previously, they worked at ECRM as the Senior Vice President- GM, overseeing sales and general management of the GM vertical for business programs from June 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales at GuruNanda LLC, responsible for scaling distribution and market share across all channels except Walmart from October 2017 to June 2019. Before joining GuruNanda, they worked as the Vice President of Sales and Trade Marketing at High Ridge Brands Co., where they were tasked with scaling distribution and developing a trade marketing model for all classes of trade from July 2016 to October 2017.

Prior to these roles, Jeff Smalley held positions at Delray Plants, Corp as the National Director of Sales & Marketing from August 2014 to July 2016. Jeff was responsible for turning around the company's profit, expanding distribution, building a sales team, and implementing sales support systems. The company had a successful exit in July 2016. Jeff also worked at Church & Dwight Co. Inc. as the National Business Manager from 2002 to 2014, where they excelled in sales, trade marketing, and management. Their experience at Pharmavite LLC as the Director of National Accounts from 1997 to 2002 involved scaling distribution and market share for leading letter brands Nature Made Vitamins. Jeff Smalley began their career as a Category Marketing Specialist at KKM Inc. from 1995 to 1997 and as the National Sales Manager at The Bonne Bell Company from 1993 to 1995.

Jeff Smalley earned a Bachelor's degree in Law-Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993.
