Andrew Sungsoo Kim began their career in 1987 as Recruiting/HR Director at LG Electronics (Korea H/Q), LG Academy (Group Training Center), and LG USA (US H/Q). In 2000, they took on the role of President & CEO at HRCap, Inc., the largest global Asian-American Executive Search Firm in the U.S.

Andrew Sungsoo Kim holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Seoul National University, which they obtained in 1987.
