Joel Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel is currently working as a Senior Implementation Consultant at HRchitect since June 2023. Prior to that, Joel worked as a Business & Technology Delivery Analyst at Accenture from February 2022 to June 2023. Joel also served as a Software Solutions Consultant at Workforce Insight, Part of Accenture from January 2021 to February 2022, and as a Transitioning Army Veteran, Software Solutions Consultant from October 2020 to January 2021.

Joel has a solid background in military operations as well. Joel served in the US Army as an Operations Manager from December 2017 to February 2021, being responsible for the health, welfare, and training of personnel, as well as the maintenance and operational procedures of specialized tactical equipment. Before their time in the army, Joel worked as an Operations Specialist at Loon from July 2016 to August 2017, where they gained extensive experience in operating automated balloon launch equipment and supporting UAV balloon launch operations.

Joel's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they worked as a Logistics Operations Manager from March 2011 to March 2017. In this role, they operated in various operational environments and supervised landing support operations and training, ensuring the successful application of automated information systems and logistical processes.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including the UKG Dimensions Timekeeping Consultant certification from UKG in June 2022, the MTA: Security Fundamentals - Certified 2021 certification from Microsoft in June 2021, and a Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in December 2017.
