Ghaus Ali Jafri is an experienced training consultant and director with extensive expertise in training and development across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as a Training Consultant at Getz Pharma since August 2022, Ghaus also holds the position of Director & Training Consultant at HRFIRST (Pakistan) since July 2015. Previous roles include General Manager - Recruitment at HRS Global and Head of Training & Development at Bayer, where Ghaus was instrumental in revamping the training department and implementing new initiatives. Ghaus's career spans several decades, beginning as a Medical Representative at Smith Kline & French and progressing through various management roles at reputable firms such as GSK and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
