Yelena Yershova has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC before moving on to HRI Lodging where Yelena currently holds the position of Corporate Transitions & Operations Manager. Yelena has a BA in Russian and International Business from Bowling Green State University. Their work primarily involves managing critical initiatives to support simultaneous projects in a complex and growing division, as well as supporting the expansion of the lodging portfolio in terms of development, management opportunities, and analytics.
