Shannon Scott

Shannon Scott is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the HR and technology sectors. Shannon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HR Logics since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Trak Capital, an HR tech investment firm focused on growth-oriented companies in the HR, fintech, and compliance sectors. Shannon also held the position of CEO at OnCentive - Tax Credits & Business Incentives, where they worked towards putting money back into the hands of small businesses. Shannon has also served as the CEO of SyncStream Solutions and founded and led NeonHCM, a full-service HR platform. Earlier in their career, they held executive roles at Synergi Partners, TaxBreak, Netleverage Consulting, and Infusion Technology.
