Danielle Yacono

Danielle Yacono is a Trusts and Estates Attorney with extensive experience in estate planning and administration. Currently serving at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin since September 2021, Danielle advises clients on wealth preservation, business continuity, and tax strategies while managing estate and trust administration and related tax returns. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at The Law Offices of Peter L. Klenk & Associates focusing on estate planning and litigation, and held an associate position at Astor Weiss Kaplan & Mandel, LLP. Danielle's legal career began at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where roles included Assistant Defender and PDC Court Intern. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.
