Debbie Wright

Debbie Wright is currently an Implementation Consultant at HRMS Solutions. Prior to this, they were a Payroll Manager at Ultimate Software and Satellite Healthcare.

At Ultimate Software, Debbie was responsible for managing two payroll specialists and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 1700 employees. Debbie also oversaw the day-to-day payroll processing team, including coaching and motivating team members. Debbie was also responsible for strategizing and planning for future growth, ensuring accurate withholding and submission of payroll taxes and other deductions, maintaining and managing both HRIS payroll and time management system upgrades and implementations, documenting payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory laws, and fulfilling responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the Company values and behaviors.

At Satellite Healthcare, Debbie independently handled the day-to-day payroll processing requirements while working with all internal departments to help drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Debbie Wright has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Management from the University of Phoenix. Debbie also has certification from LinkedIn in Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) and certification from the American Payroll Association in CPP (Certified Payroll Professional).
