Annika Olofsson

Annika Olofsson is a Principal Consultant at HRpepper Management Consultants since August 2022 and has extensive experience as a Sportpsychologist since January 2010, providing counselling and coaching for athletes and performers. Previously, Olofsson served as Vice President at HR Diagnostics AG from May 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included Head of Key Account Management and Berlin Site Manager. Olofsson was also CEO of SPORTSDRIVE from May 2013 to May 2015, where the focus was on applying sport psychology in practical contexts. Earlier roles included Research & Development at HR Diagnostics AG from May 2009 to June 2013, contributing to personnel selection and development tools. Academic qualifications include a Diplom (Master) in Psychology from the University of Konstanz and previous studies at the University of Gothenburg and the University of Bremen.
