Sara Ivers-tiffée

Sara supports companies in cultural change, the design of personnel development measures and the innovation of HR processes. She also deals with the subject of (digital) learning. She takes great pleasure in carrying out analyzes in collaboration with her clients in order to uncover causes of the current pain points and then derive concrete action concepts for change processes from them. The efficiency and simple and understandable implementation of the concepts are very important to her.

She likes to draw on models and tools from coaching psychology in her work, whereby her creative approach helps to generate the right solution for each client.

Thanks to her open-minded and communicative manner, Sara understands how to quickly build personal relationships with her clients and colleagues, thus increasing the effectiveness and, of course, the fun of working together.

After completing her master’s degree in psychology in the Netherlands, Sara worked in various HR roles in the HR department of an international management consultancy. Among other things, she supported implementations of HR software, streamlined HR processes and dealt extensively with the challenges of (digital) learning.

In addition to her work at HRpepper, Sara likes to travel the world, preferably to places that offer a good surfbreak. She also enjoys being creative on a canvas or meeting friends and family.
